Refund / Return Policies
Our utmost commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you have selected a product from our webshop, but upon receiving it, you discover a manufacturing defect or are dissatisfied with the item received, we ensure your right to exchange or return the product according to the terms below:
1. Product Dissatisfaction: Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
2. Defective Product: Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
Please note that the first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Service Center by emailing us at: support@lusterdecor.com
To proceed with the exchange/return, the product must not show signs of use and must be sent directly to our mailing address. Once the item is received by us and all return conditions are met, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 (five) business days.
Our team will guide you throughout the entire return process.
For product returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that all return conditions are met. After confirmation, our service team will contact you, and you can choose between:
1. An exchange for any other product available in our warehouse.
2. Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products (we do not refund the shipping cost if the delivered product is the correct model and in perfect condition).
Warranty: All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of product receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the issue. The video must also show the packaging of the received product (postal packaging with the label). It is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.
The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos clearly showing the defect, and the product packaging should appear in the photo.
NOTE: Luster Decor does not provide technical assistance, and we do not have an authorized service center. For further questions, please contact our team, who will provide all necessary support.
IMPORTANT: Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damage that occurs after the purchase of the device from our company, such as broken and cracked screens, among similar issues.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Fluid damage, such as dropping the product in water or submerging it; even if some products are water-resistant, certain limits must be respected from product to product;
- Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the device by you or third parties;
- Improper use of accessories;
- Defects or damage that may result from normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the screen from use or oxidation due to the user's excessive uric acid;
- An acceptable reduction in battery life;
- Product resistance tests, such as watch glass resistance tests or water resistance tests, among others.

I requested an exchange. When will I receive my product?
Once the return of the product is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will analyze its condition, and if everything is in order, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.
In the case of an exchange or return due to dissatisfaction, size issues, or product discrepancies, we will conduct a quality analysis. If there are indications of use, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
In the case of an exchange or return due to a product defect, we will conduct a quality analysis, and if there is evidence of misuse, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

If the payment method was a bank slip, the refund can be issued as a credit in the online store account for a future purchase. If the credit is not desired, we will issue the refund to a virtual account (it is possible to create a free account to receive the refund amount).
If the payment method was a credit or debit card, the refund can be issued as a credit in the online store account for a future purchase, or as a chargeback on the credit card.
Please note that credit or debit card administrators have a period of 30 days to reflect the chargeback on the statement.
