Shipping policy

 

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or prefer to process a refund.

**While we do offer free shipping worldwide, unfortunately, there are a select few countries that we are unable to ship to, this is something out of our control. If you are in any doubt about whether we will be able to ship an order to you please get in contact before ordering at support@lusterdecor.com

 

2. Shipping Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days of payment of the order and tracking will be sent via the email address used on checkout.

2.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. - We are currently operating a flat fee on shipping

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Luster Decor will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and resellable condition, within the 30 days.

Return shipping/fees will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Luster Decor will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping/fees paid.

 

4. Delivery Terms

 

4.1 Change Of Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to change the delivery address once this has been entered at the time of purchase.

4.2 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will process a refund for this item and the remaining items on the order will be shipped as normal.

4.3 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded 30 days please contact us directly with your order number.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels In Transit

Luster Decor cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for stolen and/or lost shipments.

Luster Decor is not responsible for misdelivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, once an order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. If your order has been dispatched please refer to our returns policy 

9. Process for parcels damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
